Why go custom-tailoring?

Our body shapes vary considerably, and with limited choices on the racks, the chances of finding a suit that fits properly are slim, even for a normal-shaped person. As an example, a ready-made jacket usually comes in only 2 options of size: the chest size (e.g. 40”) and the overall size (e.g. S, M or L). They increase in size 2 inches at a time (38,40,42 etc). An enormous 5 centimeters prevail between each size! At Cosmo Circle we take 8 measurements: neck, shoulders, arms, chest, stomach, waist, hips, front length and back length to ensure your garment is neatly fitted to flatter your body. We measure in centimeters to improve the accuracy of our readings. With Cosmo Circle you can feel safe to have a unique feel and look that cannot be found elsewhere.

	Do you keep customers’ measurements and selection histories?
	For each current customer, their information, including final specifications, paper patterns and dummies are all filed properly and computerized. They are revised and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure accuracy. With this strong information backup you can feel free to shop with us.

We own an extensive fabric collection including the latest pool of 5,000+ selections, with varieties in materials, weights and patterns. Our fabrics are imported from Switzerland, Italy and England, offering you the finest materials to tailor for your next top-quality garments. We have been in the business for 25+ years and approximately 80% of our clients keep returning to us for garment recollection. Because of our commitment to serving to your satisfaction, we open correspondence with our clients through multiple channels, including web inquiry submission, email, fax and telephone. If you find any issues with our service or produces, you are always welcomed to talk to us at any time.

To ensure your garments are made to fit you, our master tailors go over each piece and every measurement submitted online to check for possible discrepancies. Our use of technology including data computerization and digital photography allows us to ensure our deliverables are perfectly tailored with high accuracy and efficiency.
